Social Media & Event Intern is in charge of supporting the development of on-line & on-site activities under the supervision of the Manager.He / She will support the Manager in drawing up quantitative and qualitative reports on the on-line Schools activities and in organizing and promoting events maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.Support the Manager in implementing and developing digital, social media activities of Italian Schools;Assist in planning and organizing internal and external School events in all its phases, supervising the success of the event;Help organize on-line and on-site activities to enhance brand visibility;Create and edit content to implement an effective communication strategy regarding events and create reports;Support the Communication Team in planning social media content;Manage corporate social media;Assist the Manager in designing events in all aspects (locations, logistics, catering, fittings, producing materials and invitations for the event, etc.
);Help plan the editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging;Assist the Manager in drawing up quantitative and qualitative reports on the on-line Schools activities;Maintain contact with the procurement office and update the contacts database.Education and SkillsDegree in Marketing / Communication and qualification in digital or social media management;English proficiency.




Knowledge of other languages is a plus;A short experience in a similar role is a plus;Strong interest in fashion & arts area;Passionate about social media, storytelling, and content marketing.Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
