About this opportunityAs an Account Manager (Practice Transformation Manager), you will drive adoption and growth of the Align digital platform in targeted accounts, coordinating a multidisciplinary on-field group of work, having customer exposure, and driving the execution of company strategy.
You will apply your project management and customer development skills, demonstrating your comprehensive knowledge of dental office needs, processes,
and workflows.You will build and leverage influential relationships with doctors by providing them with tailored insights to enable and inspire them to modernize and grow their business through:Internal referral developmentiTero digitizationEnd-to-end Align Digital Workflow/Comprehensive Digital Workflow integrationYou will coordinate and create a defined work path with each targeted customer to facilitate full digital adoption through iTero scanner and drive integration of Invisalign processes and procedures, strategically working with sales and commercial support functions to prioritize opportunities.As a representative of Align Technology, you are instrumental in communicating with customers, internal teams, and leaders.
In this role, you will:Provide support to doctors to achieve the goal of full digital adoption in targeted accounts supporting the full adoption of iTero and Align Digital Platform tools, utilizing iTero scanners as part of routine patient health checks, for Invisalign and restorative scanning.Foster positive relationships with entire practice teams within targeted practices.Build relationships with partners, utilizing a consultative and collaborative approach with the common goal of inspiring our customers to modernize and grow their business.Work as a coordinator impacting internal and external stakeholders on customer development programs.Act as a facilitator to drive doctors' activities within development programs.Create content and deliverables to support project plan and execution.Deliver presentations and provide support on workshops/training addressed to a variety of customer types as well as internal audiences, to maximize implementation, utilization, and integration of products, assisting them in implementing digital technology and refining office processes.Demonstrate leadership by being customer-focused, displaying strategic thinking, having a global and company mindset, focusing on results, and continuously developing skills.Leverage all resources and successfully manage the integration of the iTero scanner and Invisalign processes and procedures with both Doctors and Staff of targeted accounts.Stay active and engaged with important dental care-related organizations to stay abreast of trends and changes in dental/hygienist practice that impact our business or customers.Utilize up-to-date knowledge of the dental industry to provide operational input for new product development and software enhancements.Utilize data/analytics to help customers drive decision-making.Orchestrate additional internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of Align/iTero solutions.Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on organizational need and judgment.Effectively and independently manage booking of travel within company guidelines; ensuring adherence to personal expenses and expense reporting requirements in a timely manner.Be creative, self-disciplined,

and internet research.Fluency in Italian.Fluency in English (preferred).High customer-service standards.Previous sales experience in the dental market is beneficial.This role is a field-based position, and you will be traveling across the southern regions of Italy, expecting to have 2-4 nights per month away from home.
