**Position Summary**:
- Develop and deliver features/functionality for one or more products under general supervision of Project Manager on non-routine activities.
- Create project plans and schedules, identifying tasks and risks under general supervision of Project Manager on non-routine activities.
- Provide clear, actionable status reports.
- Work collaboratively with other engineering and scientific functions, quality assurance, marketing, and regulatory assurance.
- Drive timely resolution of project issues and challenges independently or with supervision or under general supervision of Project Manager.
**Duties**:
- Support Project Manager defining and recommending a project team and gain approval from management for team member support.
- Support Project Manager creating an environment where team members feel free to speak and know that their concerns will be addressed.
- Able to gain consensus and agreement (buy-in) from the team and management to support decisions.
- Make decisions and adjustments to project direction, schedule, and resource allocation based upon data and facts obtained from the project team under supervision of Project Manager.
- Provide positive feedback to team members for a job well done, and offers suggestions to improve when appropriate.
- Understand and follow the new product development design control system.
- Define and develop a project plan, schedule, resource requirements, hazard analysis, project cost estimates, and other required documents with the core team under general supervision of Project Manager.
- Work with cross functional team to establish comprehensive design inputs and requirements sets.
Work with marketing to establish required voice of customer evidence under Project Manager supervision

- Manage the project’s progress towards established goals and identifies and communicates project risks that may affect the expected outcome.
- Assure that the product requirements have been met through testing and analysis.
- Resolve problems that arise during development under Project Manager supervision.
- Track KPIs, project expenses and product cost and performance against scheduled milestones.
- Resolve resources issues and project conflicts between team members and the organization under Project Manager supervision.
- Participate in completion of the project tasks as needed.
**Education Degree**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General**Required Experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Science or Engineering field.
- English language levels: Written - Advanced; Spoken - Intermediate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional team player.
- Experience with stringent documentation control in a highly regulated industry; medical preferred.
- General knowledge in a variety of technologies and manufacturing methods, such as electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, programming and overall system engineering.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Microsfot Project.
- Proficient in Document management system within company’s Quality management system (ISO-9001).
