HR Shared Service Ops is responsible for employee and manager service delivery and the execution of human resource transactions within a sophisticated service center environment.
Roles may include those responsible for data management and reporting.
**About the job**:
**As HR shared services, you will **support internal clients through the facilitation, design, and/or implementation of employee engagement, leadership development and strategic business initiatives
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Demonstrates solid understanding of employee engagement standard methodologies and methods
- Works with the appropriate BD entities (i.e Center Of Excellence, Associate Service Center, Regional HR team & Corporate HR Departments) to customize HR programs & HR communications as appropriate for the business.
- Uses basic presentation tools and techniques and working knowledge of a broad range of HR functions to prompt learning to occur in live or virtual settings
- Supports recruiting process and development plan for Company initiatives: I&D;, Stem, Employer Branding at local level.
- Support local initiatives related to Associate Engagement.
Assists colleagues in ER investigations
- Support training program and their deployment
- Identifies employee relations trends and capturing information on employee satisfaction.
Recognizes environmental signs which indicate the level of employee satisfaction
- Has developed knowledge and skills in own job family; still acquiring / growing fundamental knowledge and higher-level skills
- Applies knowledge and skills to a variety of standard activities
- Works with moderate mentorship in own area of knowledge
- Main processes:
- Minimum 3 years of professional recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing for diverse talent for Director Level and above
- Time sheet management
- Payroll management support (external Payroll provider)
- HR related RdA RdO administration
- Support to manager for hire process with ASC
- Support to manager for external training
- Data for Monthly HR Scorecard and dashboard
- Support the deployment at local level of BD HR tasks
**About you**:
- Bachelor's degree in Law / HR / Economics preferred
- 2-4 years experience required
- Proficient level of English
- Workday HRIS,
Zucchetti and Workflow knowledge preferred
