**Customer Support & Service Specialist**:
For our Headquarters in Lecco (LC),



we are looking for a resource to be included within the Commercial function, with the role of Customer Support & Service Specialist.
The resource, interfacing with the relevant area managers, will collaborate by providing support and initiative with increasing autonomy in the activities of:
Point of contact with customers, ensure an adequate level of support to customers by receiving orders and ensuring they are duly added in the system
Manage and keep track of the portfolio by constantly monitoring and running the internal ERP/ system;
Is the interface between the customers and the italian regulatory bodies (prefettura, ministero) to obtain the necessary permits and documents in order to fulfil the shipments;
Manages and elaborates the necessary paperworks (certificati di origine, proforma invoices, packing list) to allow customers import the goods;
Prepares the necessary documents for the shipping company and the customs;
Receives the orders, inputing the order specifications in the systems according to the pricelist received by the area manager or present in the system;
Controls that orders can be duly managed based on licenses, product availability;
Attends when needed fairs to support the Area manager,



in accordance with the head of sales category and the CCO
**Requirements**:
**Qualification**: Bachelor/Master Degree in Management or Economics, Languages
**Working Experiences**: At least 4-5 years experience in commercial role (preferred customer service)
**Languages**: Fluent both italian/english, knowledge of a second language is appreciated (Spanish, French, other)
**Software**: solid knowledge of microsoft office suite (excel, word, power point), ERP knowledge would be considered a plus
Strong motivation, autonomy and sense of responsibility complete the profile
