**ITT Motion Technologies** is one of four ITT Value Centers focused on the Transportation industry.
The Motion Technologies Value Center generates over 862M USD in revenues and is made up of three businesses.
- The largest business (Revenues 575K$), Friction, develops, produces, and sells brake pads and friction materials for private and public transportation markets and all the major automotive manufacturing industries around the world.
- The third business (Revenues 175M$), Wolverine Advanced Materials is a leading developer and manufacturer of high-performance materials.
Wolverine core competency is in performance-critical,



specialty elastomer-coated metals that offer damping and sealing solutions in the automotive brake, NVH, and sealing industries.
Extensive industry knowledge and innovative materials have made Wolverine a desired and trusted global supplier for over 80 years.
**Role scope**:

The Project Manager is responsible in leading key client projects.
He/she will guarantee the successful coordination, sourcing and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope having a role of coordination among the internal departments and customer, guaranteeing the business growth and customer satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Create customer relationship and optimize customer satisfaction in terms of support, competence, cooperation and development
- Business Opportunity evaluation (PR0, etc.
)
- OEM projects / business monitoring (BU, AA list update, etc.
)
- Project Team definition/management
- Quality APQP and quality claims coordination
- Project budgeting and cost controlling
- ITT PM processes and procedures management (PR1, PR2, etc.
)
- Customer follow-up (DVP, LOP)
- Data archive and storage
- Project milestone planning
- Customer requirement management
- Product management
- Testing management




- All Program management (dwg, project #, etc.
)
- PV project launch & Industrialization from Kick-off to PPAP
- Analysis of Customer "book of requirements"
- Light Risk Analysis management
- Customer DVP analysis
- Feasibility with cross functional support
- ITT Quality/R&D; product specifications definition
- Test parameters management
- Customer test specifications and procedures - analysis and management
- Place vehicle test requests
- Analyze vehicle test results
- Dyno NVH test result analysis - with NVH department support
- Test components management (e.g rotor, calipers, etc.
)
- Dyno/FTM and Physical test result analysis
- Customer drawings management
- Place dyno, NVH, FTM and physical test request
- Lead Kick-off meetings
- Update industrialization timing PV
- Track tooling lead time press die / backplate / shim / others
- Place preliminary production orders / Process batches




- Customer follow up industrialization with operative stake-holders
- Track required documents with Quality (e.g MPCR´s / IMDS.
)
Position Requirements:
**Years of Experience in the position: 5**+ years of experience
**Qualification / Requirements**:
- Master Degree in Engineering or Business Related disciplines
- Professional use of MS Office tools
- Ability to work with different priorities
- Teamwork
- Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships
- Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and proactivity.
