**Business Analyst**.
**Skills & Experience**:
- A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three (3) years attested by a diploma in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Technologies, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management or related areas.
- Excellent written and oral command of English.
- Excellent written and verbal, strategic thinking, interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to quickly absorb and understand business processes.




Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to business problems.
- Strong coaching, teaching, facilitation, and organizational skills, with a solid track record of developing organizational and individual capabilities; possess and demonstrate excellent analytical and critical skills to assess situations, troubleshoot, and make recommendations from both strategic and tactical perspectives.
- Excellent Business Analysis and Process skills, including strong knowledge of methodologies, processes, and best business practices.
Ability to provide reasonable time estimates and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner with a high level of quality.
Excellent professional communication skills for communicating effectively and tactfully with management, business users, and team members.
- Ability to lead and facilitate meetings and interviews with management, business owners and users to define, establish, and document business objectives and requirements, and foster communications with business users and team members.




- Have at least one of the following certifications of standards for the practice of Business Analysis, including BABoK, AAC, CBAP.
