**Who we are looking for**:
The main purpose of the Business Analyst is to collect, collate and analyze various and several internal and external composite data and documents related to the activity, even creating new tools and supporting the National Sales Company and the parts sales field force as well as identifying and prioritizing parts sales growth opportunities at National and Dealer levels.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Propose implementations of new tools of analysis;
- Identify and collate key data from both internal and external sources;
- Analyze the data and identifying key opportunities for parts sales growth at National and Dealer levels;




- Collect and provide market intelligence and analysis to assist formulation of current and future parts sales marketing strategy;
- Analyze sell in and sell out;
- Analyze captive rate and high turnover index;
- Perform replacement rate analysis
- Carry out analysis and reports about how the activities carried out are improving;
- Check the status of the marketing campaigns;
- Collect data and information received from the field force;
- Prepare all supporting materials and attend regular program meeting;
- Provide market information, results and trend analysis;
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics;
- High level of literacy, especially Office and excel tools (including pivot tables);
- Positive attitude towards learning new tools as BI and data mining;
- Good knowledge of English, spoken and written;
- Previous experience in similar role or commercial roles would be preferable;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Ability to propose analytical solutions;
- Initiative;
- Problem solving/Analytical thinking and approach.
