To work with colleagues in the defined geographic area and the wider UK using a system of Key, Opportunity, New & Existing accounts to achieve sales targets.




Involve Customer Services to ensure that they are fully always informed.Responsibilities:Produce a business plan to develop and deliver the maximum sales, volumes, and profitPrepare and perform presentationsVisit and develop relationships with Flooring Contractors and SpecifiersIdentify and secure new business in our market areasEstablish and build solid relationships both internally and externallyProvide advice on Flooring systems and our product lineHandle any potential customer complaints or claimsUnderstand the needs of our customers and translate those into cost effective specificationsOrganizing trials, training, and demos.
Assist in the correct execution of Flooring projects on site, in association with Technical Service DepartmentProvide advance information on demand for productsNegotiate term contracts for suppliesNegotiate price increases as advised by the businessEnsure price increases are adhered to and the margin is protectedLiaise with colleagues in customer service to develop existing customer relationshipsEnsure internal reporting and tracking mechanisms are utilizedMaintain accurate records and filesEncourage and develop a team culture both within own team and across the CompanyProduce servicing plans for new and existing businessAnalyze market trends,



identify opportunities and threatsCo-ordinate monthly demand forecasts and identify any major fluctuationsOngoing SWOT analysis and any budgetary adjustments that may be necessaryProvide monthly update report on progress, losses, market conditions and competitor activityWork with the project development team to ensure the region is in the place to secure all available projectsAssist and support ASM's in the execution of their function and sets a role model exampleEnsure the territory sales execution plan is implemented in line with the set objectives and strategic planQualifications/ Experience:Experience in the flooring industry, specifically resins technologyKnowledge:Sales Management skillsComputer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SFDC) and able to communicate in the territory's languages #J-18808-Ljbffr
