Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of tasks.Responsibilities:Build a reliable alternative door-to-door solution focusing on reliability, transit time, and cost control.Offer our valued customers a one-stop-shop solution, taking over full control of their logistics.Support our core asset-driven business with this new division.Ensure additional capacity is secured in the market.Manage orders using group-owned and fixed subcontracted resources.Maintain best-in-class service quality and solve operational issues.Address service issues, identify new opportunities, and suggest service or cost improvements.Qualifications:Entrepreneurially driven expert with a passion for business growth.Experience in European Short-sea, Rail,



and Road logistics.Strong sales and procurement skills.Customer-focused team player.At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.Bachelor's degree in logistics or demonstrated experience.Fluency in English (additional languages are welcome).Good analytical skills and discipline.International network of logistics partners to support our ambitions.Please note: If you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
