We are the ideal technical partner for companies needing to implement projects in Cyber Security, Business Transformation, Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, and Digital Workspace.Our client is a leading multinational in the Insurance sector and has tasked us with finding a Pega Developer/Business Analyst.The individual,



as the Pega focal point, will be involved in the analysis and implementation of back-office applications, responsible for gathering requirements and evaluating the impacts of new solution implementations.
They will also support design aspects and interface with various internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:Several years of experience in a similar role in enterprise contexts;Ability to identify and define reusable project assets;Knowledge of BPM platforms or a process-oriented mindset;Preferred background in J2EE development, focused on Web Applications and object-oriented programming (OOP);Knowledge of relational databases;Good command of English (at least a real B2 level, spoken and written).Possession of a PEGA system certification is a preferred but non-mandatory requirement.Work Mode: 2 days of remote work per week, planned at your discretion.Contract: Direct permanent employment with a CCNL Commercio contract.
