We are now looking for a German-speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our E-commerce team.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them throughout their online shopping experience.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver, has excellent communication skills, and has a customer-first mindset.




Position Key Responsibilities: Ensuring a seamless customer experience by interacting with customers through email and live chat.
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
Continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience based on feedback.
Supporting the E-commerce team in improving the online customer experience.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and e-commerce trends.
Supporting in translating website content.
Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role.
Interest in the motorsports industry completes the profile.
Good MS Office Knowledge.
Excellent knowledge of German and English, any other language is a bonus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility, and problem-solving.
Experience with Shopify and/or Gorgias is a plus.
The position is available in Asolo (TV), Italy.
