Adecco Consultants research for a strongly acknowledged General Contractor operating in the Data Centers sector a figure ofExpert QA / QCRole Overview :The Expert QA / QC provides technical and operational support to ensure projects meet the highest quality standards, acting as a key reference for QA / QC activities on complex and mission-critical projects.
This role demands deep technical expertise, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work closely with construction and commissioning teams.Key Responsibilities :Ensure that all materials and installations comply with contractual and technical specifications.Implement a structured and preventive approach to avoid errors,



supporting the #39;Right First Time#39; philosophy.Conduct quality inspections and controls, analyzing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and supporting their resolution through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Provide training and technical assistance to project teams, fostering a culture of quality.Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure delivered products meet the required standards.Requirements :Bachelor#39;s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent) with at least 10 years of experience, or 15 years for trade-based profiles.In-depth knowledge of CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural), electrical, mechanical, and control systems.Advanced skills in technical documentation (ITPs, checklists, reports).Strong understanding of commissioning and turnover procedures.Soft Skills :Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Collaborative attitude and attention to detail.Clear and authoritative communication with internal and external teams.Other : Good knowledge of the English language, good knowledge of the Office package.Highly Desirable (but not essential) : Own Transport Driving Licence #J-18808-Ljbffr
