Our colleagues in the **Italy Sales Team **are looking for a new** Sales Manager Discounter Channel.**
As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food we’ll be looking at you to show us how **to define customer plan** for achieving sustainable growth in **discount and online channels** in line with company commercial strategy.
**HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
In this role you will be responsible with achieving the sales targets assigned, both quantitative and qualitative.



You will be in charge of promotion planning and will provide sales forecasts for production for assigned customers on a monthly basis.
You will build a collaborating relationship with the customers’ managers promoting the Kellogg’s image and guaranteeing an excellent implementation of the 4P (presence, placement, price and promotion).
It is part of your responsibility to check the evolution of the market and the competitors through reports and constant advices; to provide knowledge, insights and business-customers intelligence on discount.
You will create the sales growth plan definition and will drive continues sales growth.
In addition to the above, you will be in charge also of pure players and quick commerce customers.
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor's Degree. MBA Preferred
- Key Account experience in Retail/Discount/E-commerce
- Fundamental understanding of business planning and marketing plan knowledge.
- Ability to cultivate growth using analytical skills while viewing financial data to evaluate the profitability of a new account.
- Solid commercial understanding, ability to recognize the impact of initiatives and decisions made
- Good analytical ability, able to interpret data / research, add insight




- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be fluent in English - written and spoken
