Bulgari SPA - within the **Corporate Human Resources Department** based in **Rome** - is looking for an **HR Organization Analyst -** (**Maternity Cover - 6 months contract)**.
A motivated and customer-oriented player who acts as a business partner in organization models evolution and change management, ensuring effective and efficient solutions according to business/HR strategies and cost objectives.
**Accountabilities**
- Support, Design, review of processes & micro-organization updating according to the business needs
- Support the Headcount budget process ensuring data quality in the HR systems
- Ensure the constant updating of organization charts and ensure the delivery of organization announcements at central and local level
- Manage all tasks related to HR systems ensuring the prompt update of Bulgari portal
- Support the definition, revision and updating of job descriptions (profiles). Give contribution to internal/external Recruiting processes, providing info on new or vacant positions, job content and competencies
- Support internal clients in developing/reviewing company guidelines and procedures according to F&A; and CSR requirements, Internal Control feedback national/international norms, Corporate Governance principles
- Participate to IT and/or Business Projects, proving details to support to the Manager in evaluating impacts of new business models on processes, procedures, organization structures, activity workload, roles and responsibilities, competences, etc.
- Support workload analysis according to plans
- Support transversal HR initiatives, according to the yearly plans.
**Profile**:
**Qualifications / Professional Capabilities**
- 1 year experience in a similar role within the Headquarters of multinational companies or consultancy firms.
- Master’s degree preferably in Economics or Engineering
- Project Management techniques and tools
- Reporting and analytics tools,
strong data crunching attitude
- Business Process Re-engineering and organization analysis techniques (scenario evaluation, workload analysis, RACI, Competencies mapping)
- Fluency in Italian and English
