Key Purpose of the Job In this role the Digital, Social Media & Event Intern is in charge of supporting the development of on-line & on-site activities under the supervision of the Manager. He / She will support the Manager in drawing up quantitative and qualitative reports on the on-line Schools activities and in organizing and promoting events maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.



Support the Manager in implementing and developing digital, social media activities of Italian Schools; Assist in planning and organizing internal and external School events in all its phases, supervising the success of the event; Help organize on-line and on-site activities to enhance brand visibility; Create and edit content to implement an effective communication strategy regarding events and create reports; Support the Communication Team in planning social media content; Manage corporate social media; Assist the Manager in designing events in all aspects (locations, logistics, catering, fittings, producing materials and invitations for the event, etc.); Help plan the editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging; Assist the Manager in drawing up quantitative and qualitative reports on the on-line Schools activities; Maintain contact with the procurement office and update the contacts database. Education and Skills Degree in Marketing / Communication and qualification in digital or social media management; English proficiency.



Knowledge of other languages is a plus; A short experience in a similar role is a plus; Strong interest in fashion & arts area; Passionate about social media, storytelling, and content marketing.
