For a leader company in the aerospace sector, we are looking for a Product Manager. You will report to the Head of Product Management and take part in the definition of the company's Product roadmap, ensuring the competitiveness of Products under your responsibility and supporting their development cycles.
You will contribute to the definition and implementation of the vision, strategy and roadmap of our products, as well as creating and presenting innovative solutions and decision proposals to the management and stakeholders.
As Product Manager, you should have a strong background in product management, technical acumen, strategic thinking and leadership skills. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills,
as you will be interacting with various internal and external parties, such as customers, partners, analysts and the press. You should be able to translate complex concepts and data into clear and compelling narratives and visuals.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS English: excellent spoken & writtenBachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in Product ManagementAnalytical thinkingProactive problem-solving attitudeAbility to translate a strategic vision into concrete projectsCommunication skillsTeamworkCreativityREQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS Strong knowledge of small-satellites, including EO and Telecom onesStrong technical knowledge and understanding of the industry and the product domains, with focus on Avionics systemsProven track record of launching products in the marketExperience in managing cross-functional projectsExperience in conducting market research, user research, data analysis and testingExperience in creating and delivering effective presentations and documents, using various tools and formats, such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel,
etc.Strong business acumen and financial awarenessAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to adapt to changing priorities and requirementsAbility to establish and maintain long term business relationships with government, civilian, and military entities' personnel (e.g., ESA, ASI, NASA, DoD) and key aerospace customersAbility to interact appropriately with press as necessary.ADDITIONAL ASSETS Experience in Avionics subsystems design and development is preferredEstablished network in the Defense & Aerospace industryKnowledge of the space standards (CCSDS, ECSS, MIL etc.)Ability to handle sensitive and classified information as required by government standardsExperience in applying product management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
