About the role

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing BYD Italy’s daily operations of our accounts receivable and payable, BYD HQ Reporting Package, and ad-hoc financial report requests from BYD HQ, and support in invoicing activities when necessary.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

You will play a critical role in supporting our financial infrastructure, improving our processes, and ensuring financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect and organize financial data related to revenue, gross profit, and expenses,



complete monthly management report analysis, and generate financial analysis reports.
- Weekly accounts receivable and payable reconciliation: Regularly organize and reconcile the company's weekly accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monthly accounts receivable preparation: Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports based on the company's monthly transactions, analyze collection performance, and identify potential credit risks.

- Budget Management and Analysis:

- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly budget achievement analysis, and report budget deviations.

- Project Financial Support:

- Collaborate with the business department to provide financial forecasts, cost analysis, and profit/loss predictions for new and existing projects.

- Key Financial Indicators Monitoring and Risk Management:

- Monitor key financial indicators (cash flow, accounts receivable and payable, inventory, etc.), analyze risk points, and provide countermeasures.

- Decision Support and Ad Hoc Financial Tasks:

- Provide decision-making data analysis support and other ad hoc data support as needed by business departments and senior management.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background:




- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- Work Experience:

- At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budget management, or related financial roles.

- Skills Requirements:

- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP S4HANA) and office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and/or ITA GAAP or CN GAAP) and financial statement preparation.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.

- Language Proficiency:

- Proficiency in Italian accounting & financial terminology is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, with the ability to read and write in English.
