The HPT is the right hand of the CEO to ensure complex and cross-functional goals are met,



identifying the transformation roadmap with the Project Director Expansion and the HIG COO. The CEO and the HPT will agree on the roll-out of the transformation roadmap in line with business goals, resources, and timeline. The HPT leads a small Terminal Development team supplemented with ad hoc resources, primarily leading through others, guiding and supporting senior management and project managers to deliver successfully. The HPT provides oversight of all transformation and development projects within the entity. What you can expect Ensure the Transformation Roadmap is delivered Translate the high-level business goals into actionable tasks/projects Lead your team, guide the senior management team, support the CEO Regularly follow up and report-out status of critical projects Provide oversight of project management and content Liaise internally (senior management, Expansion team) and externally (public stakeholders) Adjust projects to changing business environment Comply with all safety and security rules and regulations, lead by example Support the department and business unit where required Follow the corporate authority matrix and contract compliance guidelines Actively identify improvement opportunities What you bring to the table Good English (Italian & German are plusses) Experience (10 years) leading various fields (e.g. operations, technical, IT, etc.) Experience (5 years) in combined infrastructure, technology, and people industry Experience leading projects (> €1M, > 1 year, multiple internal/external stakeholders) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable in the boardroom and in the server room Process & logic-driven mentality, clear safety leadership Port/terminal experience is a plus The ideal candidate has a valid EU working permit and is willing to relocate to Trieste on short notice.
