Job Description: Technical Training Instructor Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Technical Training Instructor to join the Engineering Training department.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about aviation and interested in teaching a wide range of aircraft engineering topics to our staff.
This role involves promoting training and supporting the highest standards maintained by the company.

Responsibilities:



Delivery of all technical training to engineering staff to the highest industry standards, including but not limited to: Delivery of technical training associated with business needs across all airlines Delivery of Part 145 theoretical and practical training Delivery of specialised type-specific training Preparing technical training and improving current courses Development of instructor materials (course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) Conversant with EASA regulations and ensuring regular review of all procedures/regulations relevant to the training course being delivered Ability to develop and approve training material using various delivery methods (classroom, eLearning, Virtual) Capable of delivering technical training practically Maintain and develop training centres for further learning enhancements across all levels of training Demonstrate a 'hands-on' attitude Build and deliver effective training programs to meet the training requirements Clear communication (written & oral) and presentation skills Requirements:



Must hold UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or Aerospace Engineering degree or have evidence of previous employment in aircraft technical training or 5 years' experience in aircraft engineering Experience in reviewing regulations/compliance-based procedures Keen eye for detail and ability to escalate issues to management Ability to plan and work to deadlines set by management Good working knowledge of Office 365 and eagerness to learn new software tools Ability to scrutinise and provide constructive critique on non-compliance issues Effective communicator who interacts with the team through all communication types (verbal, face-to-face, virtual) Open-minded, eager to learn new skills and bring new ideas to the team Strong work ethic and responsibility for timely completion of work Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to seek and find solutions and address them to management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must hold a valid UK/EU passport and be willing to travel as required Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
