The Component Delivery Manager is responsible to support the Senior Component Delivery Manager on project lifecycle such as estimation, planning and execution in a way that scope, schedule, cost, quality,



and safety goals are met or exceeded, according to the Company Project & Quality Procedures. He/She supports the Senior Component Delivery Manager in managing the project team and leads the project team to meet monthly objectives set by the Senior Component Delivery Manager and Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management of the Project Team, focusing on Safety, Quality, Costs, and On-Time Delivery.
2. Support the Senior Component Delivery Manager in leading the cross-functional project team to successfully complete the project.
3. Execute the strategy identified by the Senior Component Delivery Manager for profitable execution; meet targets defined by the Senior Component Delivery Manager and monitor team performance to achieve project goals, proposing changes/improvements when necessary.
4. Control and manage project costs, risks, and opportunities.
5. Support the Senior Component Delivery Manager on estimations before order acquisition and control project costs to ensure completion within the assigned budget.
6. Monitor and expedite daily/monthly project progress, meeting project objectives set by the Senior Component Delivery Manager.
7.



Monitor contingencies based on assessed Risks & Opportunities prepared with the Senior Component Delivery Manager.
8. Assess scope changes according to the Company Project Procedures ensuring cost and schedule impacts recognition.
9. Develop and control project schedule to ensure forecasted project progress and objectives set with the Senior Component Delivery Manager.
10. Gather all department inputs to develop a reliable project schedule with Planner support, managing critical path, float, and resource loads.

Who you are:

- Engineering Degree – optional MBA.
- Previous experience in the same role within a manufacturing environment will be considered a plus.
