**LOCATION: CORK, IRELAND (funded relocation)**
**This role requires fluency in Spanish, Italian and English**
The medical analyst would be responsible for:
- Responding professionally to medical/pharmaceutical inquiries from Health Care Providers, patients, or other customers.
- Facilitate fulfillment of customers’ requests
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Documenting all customer interactions in the appropriate computer system.
- Providing solutions to unsolicited medical requests from customers
- Careful listening to customer needs and adequate responding to customer inquiries
- Handling calls requesting product information from HCPs and other customers.




- Handling queries from patients by providing balanced and accurate information.
- Response to Crisis/Red Flag calls and refer to Medical Information staff until resolution.
- Identifying queries containing either adverse events or product quality complaints - handling these in accordance with the appropriate operating procedures.
- Accurately recording all medical communication transactions into the database.
- Supporting the Medical Information organization
- Escalate all inquiries without predefined answers according to defined processes.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Other duties and special projects that are assigned by management.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s product and organizational knowledge.
- Integrate compliance into daily activities.
**Minimum Qualification Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, medical or pharmaceutical technical assistant or equivalent in health care, natural sciences, pharmacy, nutritional specialists or a related discipline, or relevant business experience. Medical sales representative experience would also be considered.
- **Fluency in Spanish, Italian & English**:




- Great active listening skills with effective verbal skills to respond to customers in a rational and empathetic manner.
- Excellent written skills to accurately and objectively respond to customers’ queries.
- Proactive, analytical, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Able to work under pressure, juggling short deadlines, multiple priorities.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with software packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Project management experience would be an advantage
