Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Junior Sales Associate contributes actively to maximize the performance of the Boutique through the achievement of strategic objectives, ensuring a superior Customer Service.
Together with the Boutique Manager, he/she represents the Brand inside and outside the Boutique while adhering to JLC and Richemont policies and procedures.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Key responsibility 1 - Boutique Management support**
- Contributes to create a positive environment and collaboration with the colleagues
- Participates in maintaining the Boutique in accordance with visual directives and presentation standards
- Assists Boutique Manager with logistic and administrative process
- Performs priorities and other duties as determined by the Boutique Manager
- Ensures all standards and operating procedures are met.
- **Key responsibility 2 - Customer focus and sales achievement**
- Eensures a high standard level in terms of hospitality, friendliness, information and service, having in mind that the end customer is the priority
- Co-develops the Customer database and applies the CRM guidelines
- Ensures excellent Customer Service and After Sales Service
- Strives to achieve monthly KPI targets and turnover set by the Boutique Manager
