Product Data Health Quality Manager under the leadership of the E2E Data Excellence - Product Data Health Quality Leader is responsible for driving product data with respect to the Quality PLM system. This role is responsible to:
- Establish shelf to ingredient connectivity across various systems to ensure a sustainable foundation of product data spine is created to enable future data needs
- Ensure socialization, change management, training, and documentation materials are established and executed
- Drive continuous improvement in governance, business process and refinement of product data rules is a major part of this role
- Contribute to the strategic direction for maturing Product Data Spine into other adjacent systems, establishing the digital thread to enable connectivity of data system to system. All in pursuit of the Consumer Health Digital First initiative to identify and bring to life automated solutions for the business
- Collaborate with and Influence business partners on training, the change management,



ensuring the specifications management processes meet minimum regulatory requirements and business data needs, driving adherence to the global traceability model
- Collaborate with business partners to facilitate feedback on applicable Data Quality Index rules and Right First-Time improvements
- Execute sustainable governance for E2E product data, providing consistent metrics as needs evolve
**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:
- Undergraduate degree in technical or life science
- Eight to ten (8-10) years of experience with six (6) years-experience in the field of Quality Systems and Compliance within regulated medical industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable US and international regulatory requirements for design, development, manufacture, and post market surveillance and field actions
- Actively develops broad and deep professional contacts & relationships to best understand business strategy, drivers and needs, and actively anticipate changes & new demands




- Track record of successful cross functional partnership & communication with business colleagues at different levels
- Management experience required and demonstrated success in leading in a highly matrixed environment
- Strong leadership abilities required particularly in the areas of quality assurance and developing and implementing quality systems
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, including issue resolution and root-cause analysis, required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to develop and maintain relationships/partnerships and to work collaboratively both internally and externally
- Change management and Project management experience
**Preferred Competencies**:
- Experience in a Global role or managing global
- Strong Systems knowledge
- Experience in System development
- Experience in complex data management is highly desirable




- A proven track record of development and implementation of efficient and effective quality system processes is highly desired
- The ability to influence across groups and leadership not in your direct reporting line is highly desired
