Your ‘day to day’
You will join Commercial Planning Team and you will take part of the Omnichannel Commercial Planning strategies, initiatives and projects for all commercial streams (B2B, B2C) in line with company business objectives and Consumer Centric Organization.
You will have the opportunity to design and implement a new digital logistic management in order to contribute to develop the New Liquid Work Force through our internal channels, guaranteeing multicategory and omnichannel materials time to market delivery and execution through ad hoc monitoring.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Materials management enhancement. Ensuring the timely and the high quality field activity materials for field sales force. Streamline and develop new logistic flow toward all commercial streams and further develop the effectiveness of the commercial initiatives materials.
- Collaborate with all development streams to ensure timely and quality execution of initiatives and guidelines. Support Supervisor Commercial Communication and support in leading the Field Activity Plan process, in order to develop a seamless and effective cycle planning aimed to enhance company competitiveness at market level.
- Be proactive to take the business information in order to be always update on all the activity of the different department.
- Budget management:
contribute to the allocation and optimization of commercial budget by channel and streams to reach commercial targets; budget tracking & ROI analysis; guidelines respect monitoring and validation
- Vendor management: be responsible of the Logistic vendor management, supporting Supervisor Commercial Communication in defining priorities and reinventing our Logistic modelling, planning and forecasting tools.
Who we’re looking for
- Graduation in Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience of at least 1-2 year in commercial area
- Strong communication skills & flexibility to understand different perspectives
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Fast learning capabilities, cooperative approach and curiosity
- Creativity, Proactive, customer and problem solving attitude
- Organizational Agility and Time management
- Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
