We are looking for **remote DIGITAL BUSINESS ANALYST for website revamp to start ASAP **a 3-month initial contract (extensions possible) **for **an international Org' - client in ROME, where 100% **REMOTE work is possible. **Possibility of extension based on performance and budget availability. English speaking environment. Our client is an international organisation in Rome and a great reference in any CV!
100% Off-site/Off-shore. A competitive rate will increase chances to be selected.
**TASKS**
- Prepare and run an end-user survey to capture the goals, motivations and pain points as well as other feedback from relevant stakeholders and selected users of the corporate website
- Host meetings and workshops with relevant stakeholders and external partners to elicit, capture, analyse, refine, communicate and document requirements for the corporate website and report progress to product owner and project manager regularly.
- Carry out an audit and analysis of the current corporate website, page templates, information architecture, content and SEO capabilities and document findings to create baseline requirements
- Specify website user types/personas by analysing existing documentation and web analytic data and documenting their key attributes, motivations and goals for browsing Client.org
- Analyse audit reports, findings and gathered users' requirements to create website requirements/user stories for the new corporate website and elaborate on requirements/user stories to include acceptance criteria
- Work with development teams to ensure design and development align with website requirements
- Work with stakeholders to specify requirements for the Digital Asset Management (DAM) and evaluate solution options
- Participate in daily scrum, sprint planning, grooming and retrospectives
- Liaise between project owner and development team to ensure requirements are clearly clarified and understood from both business and development perspectives
- Work with the User Experience (UX)/Information Architecture designer in the definition of user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes
- Provide support to the web designers (UX and UI) and developers in the design and development of the corporate website
- Validate that the functional and non-functional requirements specified for the corporate website are appropriately implemented by maintaining traceability
- Assist with the estimation of timescales, effort and resources required to successfully deliver on the project
- Be a contributor to the creation of best practices through the identification of reusable project assets, organisation implementation standards and W3C guidelines
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest web technology trend and best practices in the implementation of user-centric and content-first website
**SKILLS**
- University degree in information technology, web development,
new media or equivalent and/or related experience and extensive training in business analysis and digital communications
- **5 years or more proven work experience as business analyst**:
- **3 years of digital business analysis experience for corporate or public facing website**:
- Experience of website comparative analysis and use of analytic techniques for website qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Expert knowledge of website design, information architecture, site mapping, design patterns, user flows, customer journey and interaction design
- Ability to understand and specify complex business, IT design and development requirements taking into consideration their functional and non-functional needs
- Experience of Agile documentation including Backlogs, Customer Journeys, User Scenarios, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria
- Understanding of the software development life cycle
- Understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS)

- Understanding of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) optimisation for web/mobile best practices.
- Basic Web Skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Excellent requirements analysis and design skills
- Experience of Agile (or agile/waterfall hybrid) development practices and techniques
- Excellent technical writing, presentation and communication skills
- Self-organising with good planning and time-management skills
- Experience of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and value-driven development environment
- Excellent communications and stakeholder's management skills, with the ability to engage with and present to technical and non-technical backgrounds
