**What you'll do**
As an Intern within the Talent Attraction organization your focus will be to interact, attract & promote SAP to our Early Talent community.



You will gain an understanding of all aspects of the recruiting process & develop these skills whilst being part of a global organization.
**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university from any discipline
- Strong interest in Human Resources and / or recruiting in an innovative technology company
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Strong English language skills, another European language is an advantage
- Focused, organised and able to manage different tasks simultaneously
- Good presentation, communication, and networking skills
- Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions

As an intern positioned within the Early Talent organisation, you will be part of a regional team that focuses specifically on recruitment for one of our global key strategic initiatives - **SAP Academy for Customer Success**. This programme that develops our next generation sales force by delivering an energizing and inspiring experience within a globally diverse environment.
