Our dedicated compliance unit prides itself on maintaining integrity and adherence to regulatory standards. As a key member of our compliance squad, you'll craft the defense line against financial crime and uphold ethical trade practices, not just fulfilling a role but championing a cause.
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Maintain a comprehensive program for compliance, risk controls, and reviews throughout the organization to ensure adherence to payment institution laws and regulatory matters.
- Oversee the development, implementation, administration, maintenance, and daily activities of the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Program.
- Recommend, develop, and implement changes to existing and proposed procedures, policies, and programs, and oversee the revision, preparation, and dissemination of new and updated compliance standards and procedures.
- Provide advice, guidance, and insight to management and staff regarding new/emerging AML compliance issues. Consult and guide the company in establishing controls to mitigate AML risk.




- Identify and communicate the need for AML education programs and oversee the development and implementation of compliance training for all staff members.
- Provide assistance to management and staff in the formulation of forms and disclosure documents to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
**Who Are We Looking For**

- Master's degree in Economics, Management, or Law with 5+ years of AML compliance experience, focusing strongly on risks and controls.
- Practical working knowledge of payment institution AML compliance and operations, including related rules and regulations.
- Demonstrated skill in effectively communicating (verbal and written) results to a diverse audience; ability to work with all levels of management, focusing on collaboration, and relationship management.




- Experience working on projects or initiatives requiring strategic planning/thinking across multiple functional areas and business processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team environment.
- High ethical standards, strong critical thinking, detective, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Autonomous, self-motivated, and flexible, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes or shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
