Eli Lilly Italia is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as Financial Analyst Intern .



This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in managing capital and operating expenses within a dynamic and innovative organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the analysis and monitoring of capital and operating expenses.
2. Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for management.
3. Collaborate with various departments to gather data and optimize costs.
4. Participate in the development and implementation of automated capital and Opex management tools.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level).
3. Strong interest in financial analysis and cost management.
4. Passion for innovation and proficiency with digital tools.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus.
