The department is part of the Sales Division and is tasked with driving the digitalization of the division and cooperates with local markets and other global units to enable and empower the achievement of sales objectives as well as guaranteeing overarching corporate policies and governance provided by the IT department. You will be responsible for guaranteeing systems stability and operability to enable value generation from software and technical capabilities across the various stages of the systems development life cycle in the digital sales domain.**YOUR TASKS**
- ** Support** and **technical troubleshooting** to resolve issues and bugs
- Definition,



implementation and documentation of **interfaces** to guarantee information exchange
- Setup of **technical configurations**, assurance of security standards and IT policies within Sales Business Applications
- Participating in the delivery of projects
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Computer Science degree
- 3 years of experience in software engineering or similar functional/technical roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) is a great advantage
- Experience and knowledge of software development lifecycles, interfacing and integrating systems
- Exposure to HTML, JS and CSS
- Highly committed talent with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Italian and English, German is a plus
