We are looking for a WW Client Service Manager to design and guide the Worldwide Client Service Department.
The resource, reporting directly to the Global Head of Client Engagement, will play a key role in design,



managing, developing the Client Service to provide a luxury and personalized experience to the Giorgio Armani clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, manage the Giorgio Armani Client Service strategy, from a reactive and proactive prospective, making sure of a best-in class luxury experience provided to clients, always in line with the clients expectations and the values of the Company
- Manage the Client Service Projects:
design, lead, supervisor and ensure the Client Service projects implementation from a Worldwide prospective, owning the projects roadmap, ensuring new channel implementations and tools and flows improvements
- Monitor performances:
define and monitor the WW Client Service performances ensuring the achievement SLA|KPIs objectives.
Provide the business with regular quantitative and qualitative feedback on Worldwide Client Service performances with the aim to enhance the client experience
- Reporting and Data Strategy:
define with the HQ Client ServiceTeam a data strategy, a portfolio of reports and KPIs to drive and improve the Client Service business
- Training:
Develop training material and execute the training
- Budget and Forecast:
define,



manage and monitor the WW Client Service budget and forecast
- Sales:
define, manage and monitor the achievement of the WW Client Service sales budget
- Create a good communication, manage and involve all the people connected to the Client Service project
- Explore the markets trends, solutions and innovations
**Profile**:
- 10 years of experience in similar roles, managing Customer Service projects in luxury environment
- In-depth knowledge or strong passion for fashion
- Demonstrated ability in managing projects
- Ability to achieve results through influence and problem solving, handling difficult and high-pressure situations
- English fluency in speech and writing
