Indirect materials buyerReporting directly to the Head of Procurement Indirects, the indirect materials buyer, being a part of Regional Procurement Team, will negotiate indirect goods & services for assigned cluster, will coordinate global/regional strategic contracts, managing ~20M+ spend growing double digit YoY,simplifying fragmented spend landscape and implement leading edge procurement strategiesMain Responsabilities:




Accountable for end-to-end spend management performance of your cluster;Develops and executes supply strategies for local categories in line with corporate/regional category plans;Ensure that all procurement initiatives are executed on time and with quality;Bring sourcing expertise and best practice to generate and execute ideas to create TCO savings & efficiency;Source and benchmark suppliers through RFP and negotiations;Integration of sustainable procurement practices into daily Procurement business;Lead supplier performance review;Ensure compliance along the process including within our relations with suppliers;Manage and execute own saving pipeline;Demonstrates the capability to challenge inefficiencies, process deviations, supply unreliability's and strategy deviations;Lead buyer for global or regional supplier contracts or subset category;Negotiate small capex under guidance of Global Capex Team for your cluster;Cooperation with team members from other Regions & clusters to share and implement best practices;Knowledge and skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role within regional procurement organizations;Excellent communication skills,
