Segrate (MI)Contract: One-year contract, with the possibility of renewalSalary: Approximately €30,000 per yearResponsabilitàKey Responsibilities:Large-Scale Event Management: Lead the organization and execution of conferences, workshops, and business events, ensuring all logistical and operational aspects are flawlessly managed.Project Operations Support: Assist the technical teams with project planning and implementation processes within the labs.Process Management: Oversee key internal processes, including documentation, reimbursement procedures, and online tools for asset management.Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate regular business meetings, tracking action points and ensuring timely follow-ups.Team Activities: Design and execute team-building activities and workshops to foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment.Functie-eisenSkills and Qualifications:Proven experience in organizing and managing large conferences and corporate events.Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing projects and processes.Master's or Bachelor's degree.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
