Job ResponsibilitiesAccounting:
To ensure the issuance of monthly reporting, in the respect of Group accounting rules, in a fast-close environment (D+3 for monthly reporting), and assistant to the Head of Finance in all closing related tasks; To support and accompany the on-going merger process; To guarantee reliable cost accounting, and to maintain the cost center structure in the company; To establish the yearly statutory local books and tax reports, in respect of the Italian legislation; Supervision of all the local tax declarations (Intrastat, etc.
); Supervision of Accounts payables activity,



the day to day bookings being done by an external shared services provider; Reviewing accruals for monthly closing; Collaborate with a foreign shared services center to ensure timely payments of vendors invoices and maintains accurate records and control reports.
Other Financial responsibilities:
Management activities (monthly reports to the Country Leadership Team & otherspecific requirements by Regional Management), To be the interlocutor toward third parties (bank, legal auditors, Tax authorities, Shared services center,) and internal customers (Business managers, Employee representatives); To represent the Italian company toward the corporate functions (headquarters bases in North Europe) Background & Skills You have a degree in finance /accounting, and some validated experiences in that domain, ideally in a group environment, with shared services center.
You are experienced on establishing the yearly statutory accounts for an Italian company, including the assistance of the yearly financial report.
High knowledge of SAP and of the IFRS rules are some strengths for this position, which requires a fluent English.
