Build close relationships with the business, understand its processes and translate them into actionable analysis and reporting
Develop and manage BI solutions by transforming data into insights that drive business value
Analyze business processes and requirements
Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and manuals
Identify growth opportunities, increasing the rate of customer acquisition, retention,and revenue with a data-driven approach
Design and implementation of ETL processes
Your Profile and MindsetSelf-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem solver - able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
Extremely details oriented
Self-started,

Excellent project management skills, ability to multitask effectively, and work cross-functionally.
Requirements2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
Ability to work with a complex dataset
Knowledge in how to manage and prepare data for analysis
Ability to explore data visually at multiple levels to find insights and create a compelling story
Experience working with data in Python and SQL
Experience working with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, QuickSight, QlikSense, Mode Analytics.
