RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Proposal Specialist - Public Tenders to join its office in Rome, Naples or Lecce, Italy within the Italy Infrastructure & Mobility Division.

Mission

RINA is currently looking for motivated professionals to fill the role of Proposal Specialist for engineering and consultancy services in our team dedicated to the Infrastructure & Mobility sector.

Key Accountabilities

- Coordinate the entire proposal development process,



from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal.
- Manage client relationships and collaborate with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals.
- Closely collaborate with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.

Education

Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Qualifications

- +2 years of experience in the role of Proposal Specialist - Junior Proposal Manager - Junior Project Engineer, in infrastructural and civil large-scale projects.
- Management Skills: Skills in managing proposals and bids, including collaborating with multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with particular attention to detail and proposal presentation.
- Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, as well as collaborate effectively with various company functions involved in the proposal process.
- Willingness to undertake a growth path in the development of public and private commercial proposals.
- Good communication skills in English.




- Good knowledge of Italian procurement code will be considered a relevant plus.
