Responsibilities:Build excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge under supervision.Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and having general conversations around a solution/product area.Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets.Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.Engage in active inside selling by using various sources to gain information on customers and utilize this to maximize call potential and outcomes.Manage customer backorder along with specialist knowledge and engage in "intelligent project fishing".In AS,



either manage project end-to-end or hand over to presales for technical requirements.Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions.Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers.Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as customer engagement.Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition.Develop partner relationships (including account planning, cross-selling, etc.
).Identify project opportunities and engage with BDMs if specific product/vendor knowledge is required.Drive sales of specific products/vendors if specific knowledge is required.Provide accurate and timely quotations (SMB Managed (AS), SP/E-Var/SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS BUs).Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX#39;s CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated, ensuring active closure of opportunities.Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information.What We#39;re Looking For:Italian language mother tongue,
