innovation and committed to delivering the best products to our customers.What you will doThe Process Improvement Engineer Intern will support in the following activities:Support production for machinability issues and analyze problems relating to packaging materials, with measuring instruments.Identify improvement opportunities and provide technical support, track performance, and analyze deviations.Implement and sustain the performance control system (KPIs), define and lead kaizen groups, and coordinate/track action plans.Plan and conduct activities related to the development of new processes, including researching current and emerging technologies, evaluating process cost, quality, and capability alternatives.Define productivity projects and associated investment feasibility reports, calculating profitability and payback.Participate in engineering activities to develop and implement effective, high-quality processes.Implement equipment, materials, and process performance requirements, perform vendor searches and equipment evaluation.Facilitate experiments and capability studies, develop process specifications, and design and procure process tools.Evaluate and advise on the selection of suitable equipment for optimized,



balanced line performance.Analyze new systems and equipment for continuous improvement.Edit and publish process documentation and training materials.What we are looking forRequired Qualifications:Master's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.Preferable knowledge in Lean manufacturing.Preferable knowledge of Lean/SixSigma/5S methodology is highly recommended.Upper-intermediate in English.Proven knowledge in MS Office package.What's in it for youLearning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource Groups #J-18808-Ljbffr
