We are looking for a**Facility Assistant - Administrative back office** (M/F/d) to support our Facility and Real Estate team in Agrate Brianza (Monza).
**Building management**
- Follow up suppliers of goods and services as defined in the contract
- Follow up ordinary maintenance program
- Follow up documents managements of Public Administration
**Management of Amat offices Agrate & Catania**
- Follow up ordinary maintenance program
- submit SC & PO for existing/new suppliers
- Follow up suppliers of goods and services as defined in the contract
- asks for quotations for office goods purchases
**General Services**
- Definition of new agreement of hotels, residences, restaurants, etc.
- Management of car rental contract with Avis Italy / ALD and relevant reservations
- Signage and gadgets identification and supply
- Common events organization (summer events, Xmas event, etc)
- Catering for internal events
- Company Cars - long term rental contract with Fleets and HR
- Management of pool cars and follow up in case of repair
- CAR submission for long term rental cars

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Has an Highschool Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Sales, Foreign Languages, Surveyor, Architecture or similar.
**Main personal traits required**:
- Problem solving, Leadership, Communication skills, Negotiation,
ability to work in stressful situations and multicultural environment; high ability to prioritize assigned activities independently and with a proactive mindset.
