**Now we are looking for a Office Manager in our office in Bergamo!
**
**Main responsibilities**:
- Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
- Organising meetings and managing databases
- Booking transport and accommodation for employees' business trips
- Organising company events or conferences
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Organising office space for new employees
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
- Liaison with Branch manager
**Requirements**:
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages is a must;
- Good knowledge of Russian;
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience will be an asset;
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities,



systems and procedures;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Exceptional problem solving and high communicative skills;
- Proactivity and responsibility;
- Good team-working competences;
