Due to the rapid expansion of Mindray’s success, Mindray Medical Italy needs a true **sales professional based in South Italy**, with an established relationship with KOL’s in the region, to develop brand reliability by promoting our range of high end Ultrasound products into selected customers.
This is a tough, competitive market sector, our key competitors are amongst the largest healthcare companies in the world.



We need a targeted professional with a **background in key account management** and **established relationships with key customers in Ultrasound in Southern Italy** to focus on developing excellent relationships with current and potential direct customers, to generate significant sales. You should be a strong influencer, you will be required to find, develop and close opportunities in the face of intense competition.
As an emotionally intelligent professional with existing relationships with KOL’s in Southern Italy, and a background of understanding and responding to customers’ needs, you will use this role to join our growing business in this position working alongside senior stakeholders in driving key relationships whilst showcasing your appetite for overachievement.
Your job responsibilities will be diverse and will include:
- Achieve quarterly and yearly Operating Plan (define sales on CBT program), together with, customer satisfaction & retention through acquiring and maintaining high-end and premium customers
- Timely and accurate reporting of activity product and sales per the normal reporting cycles within geographical region




- Provide input and contribute to the formulation of the yearly business planning cycles for their geographical sub-region
- Determine the market potential for their region and prioritize portfolio opportunities
- Develop and execute Go-to-market strategy in conjunction in order to cover the prioritized potential within the geography
- Align territories to market potential and priorities and assign optimal account management and product specialist sales resources
- Project development and managing of installation projects
- Support evaluations for KOL’s
- Is responsible to set appropriate Operating Plan targets based on the market potential
- Drive the implementation & routine, accurate data input and usage of Customer Relationship management (C4C - LTC), business planning and forecasting tools
- Driving optimal operating mechanisms to monitor and track progress of opportunities in the pipeline as well as reporting performance against Operating Plan




- Be active part to increase high end sales volume by double digit/year
- Monitoring competition and demand
What are we looking for in you?
- **Comprehensive experience within Ultrasound sales within the Southern Italy region is essential**:
- Be able to demonstrate success in developing interest on high end ultrasound systems in a breakthrough role.
- Demonstrate a track record that shows qualified installed base growth and successful business development
- Proven ability to manage and develop business with KOL’s in Southern Italian region
- Evidence of emotional intelligence is critical
- “Drive” to support the achievement of financial sales goals
- Initiative, know how to find opportunities for business
- Independence - recognise how to get things done
- Relationship skills - able to build strong positive relationships with key decision makers and collaborate positively inside the Mindray organization
- Good communicator with excellent listening,



spoken and written communication skills
- IT literate
- Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Able and willing to travel 40% of working time
- Ability to work in Europe without the requirement of company sponsorship
