We are currently looking for an **HR Business Partner** to join our Human Resources Team based in **Italy**.
Your **Key Responsibilities **will be to:
- Conduct employee onboarding and implement employee recognition programs
- Assist in exploring, organizing and facilitating Training & Development initiatives
- Administer employee records, files, contracts, work shifts, leaves, benefits and performance evaluations using the HRMS as well as in physical form if needed
- Manage employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees, handling complex and sensitive matters appropriately, and resolving issues efficiently
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Strengthen and promote Spotawheel culture to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Provide support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures




- Utilize HR metrics to optimize processes and procedures
- Propose actions to enhance job satisfaction and employee engagement, employer branding and team bonding
- Participate in employee disciplinary meetings and terminations, and conduct exit interviews
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations reviewing and updating policies and procedures as needed
- Be up-to-date with trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law
**Requirements**:
- BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business administration or relevant field
- Additional HR training and/or MSc in HR will be considered a plus
- Proven experience of +3 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and/or HR Generalist and/or HRBP
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Advanced user of MS Office
- Proven experience in using HRMS and/or ATS systems




- Understanding of human resources policies and procedures, as well as Labour law
- A team-player & can-do attitude with a results-driven approach is a must
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Outstanding organizational and attention to detail capabilities
- Excellent time management competence with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
