UK/EU- Remote/ Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division
**How will you make an impact?**
Being a key member of the product marketing team, together with Application Scientists and Product Managers, you will own the development & execution of global marketing programs and New Product introductions for our **Low Flow LC columns and accessories** portfolio. Having the collaboration skills necessary to work within a broad team, across multiple businesses and departments, your marketing programs will excite and generate customer awareness and demand around our products and capabilities.
**What will you do?**
- Commercialize new **Low-Flow LC columns and accessories**, including defining,



developing and delivering go-to-market plans and commercial engagement activities to achieve product vitality targets.
- Support the development and execution of annual **Low flow LC columns and accessories** marketing plans to meet strategic and commercial goals, updating plans quarterly based on market opportunity and business/PL performance
- Create and develop marketing messaging, content, literature, and sales training that communicate the value of our Chromatography Consumables offering directly to **Proteomics** **customers
- Support regional lead generation initiatives to support lead generation and AOP targets.
- Gather customer insights through structured Voice-of-Customer (VOC) and Voice of Sales (VOS) initiatives to support Marketing plans and New Product Introductions (NPI)
- Feedback market requirements to product management and product marketing to influence new product development requirements
- Track, evaluate, interpret, and report market and competitor trends. Maintain relevant knowledge of competitive activities and develop effective countermeasures
- Manage KOLs and strategic collaborations for the development of marketing content.




- Support the creation and delivery of sales training and related material
- Provide routine updates of successes, failures, and best practices to improve overall marketing efficiency
**Who will you work with?**
This is a broad role. You will be required to collaborate with, and influence, several globally-dispersed groups including:
- BU and divisional leadership
- Business unit Product Management & Marketing teams
- Divisional marketing stakeholders; including PR, media, Digital, marketing communications (MarCom) and marketing operations (MOPs)
- Regional marketing, commercial managers, business development managers and sales-support stakeholders

**How will you get here?**
**Education**:




- Bachelor’s degree in life or physical sciences. Higher degree or marketing qualification an advantage
**Experience**:
- Experience of analytical sciences for Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, or Bioprocess industries
- Experience in a life sciences/analytical sciences marketing, product marketing or market development role.
- Experience developing plans for and commercializing New Products
- Experience of strategy, campaign, project planning or project management
- Excellent business acumen
- Ability to deliver creative and impactful messaging
- Willingness to network and collaborate proactively to forge business relationships and deliver projects
- Ability to prioritize, align, influence, and gain cooperation without authority




- Ability to work independently on multiple projects in parallel
- Ability to operate flexible working hours to accommodate virtual meetings with colleagues or customers in Asia, Europe, and the Americas
