Have you a _Passion_ for Drinks, a Flair for service and the drive to train and manage your own team?
With multiple bars, food service and drinks receptions to plan for you will be at the heart of the Hotels F&B; Operations, Reporting to the food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for hiring, training and leading your team to success.
The Bar is your domain, whether it is creating new cocktails, planning enough stock for a wedding or showcasing the barista skills of your team a knowledge is required of all aspects of bar management.
