As a Human Resources Generalist or a People & Culture Generalist as we call it in IKEA, you will support managers and co-workers to ensure a high-quality implementation of our people strategies and processes. Through your close collaboration with stakeholders across the business, you will contribute greatly to the continued development of our IKEA culture.
- You have a strong passion for Human Resources, and you want to start a journey in this area.
- You are aware of the rights and obligations of co-workers and employers, and you want to know how to mediate the relationship between them.
- You have great communication skills, engage naturally with both managers and non-managers,



and have a passion for creating a people-oriented working environment.
- You have the will to develop the knowledge of how to implement long-term plans, according to set budgets and goals
- You enjoy reviewing and driving people operation relevant KPIs
- You are fluent in English written and verbal
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
- Executing all operational people-related tasks and processes in the unit to deliver an excellent co-worker experience.
- Ensuring an inspirational and effective on-boarding for new co-workers.
- Implementing Health and Wellbeing initiatives in the unit.
- Driving the delivery of learning & training within the unit in close collaboration with the relevant training providers or stakeholders.
- Implementing a co-worker relations plan that effectively manages all local interactions with co-workers and ensures we work according to the labour relations principles and uphold local policies, procedures and laws.
- Making sure that local employer communication is consistent, well perceived and builds on the IKEA brand.
- Support unit People & Culture manager, functional managers and co-workers for them to be able to deliver their result and create an excellent customer meeting.
