**Position Snapshot**
- Nestlé Health Science, Milan Headquarter
- Permanent contract
- University Degree in Economics or similar
- Experience: 3-5 years professional experience gained in Trade marketing/Sales/Marketing
- Mass Market/GDO knowledge is essential for the role
- Fluency in English is required.
**Position Summary**:
- Prioritize Channels & Customers (Pharmacy, Para-pharmacy, Mass market/GDO) and define channel strategies to win including the definition of the point of purchase vision (Category, Assortment and Promotion)
- Lead the development of complete channel solutions that better meet shopper & customer needs.
- Define the Picture of Success for the category,



specific to each priority channel and define Joint Business Plan for key customers
- Closely cooperate with Marketing Team to reflect brands' strategies in channels and Support Commercial Development & Excellence Manager in Integrated Commercial Plan & Monthly Business Planning process and operational plan definition.
**A Day in the Life of the Category & Channel Manager**:
- Being responsible for developing Channel plans at Category level
- Being responsible for articulating where we will play based on Category, Shopper, Consumer and Customer insights and needs, and how we will win.
- Develop and integrate into the commercial planning processes the element of the Channel wheel and ultimately publish a picture of success for the Category in the Channel, enabling its implementation, continuous review and optimization.
- Execute the Channel plan and develop the compelling channel category selling story and partner Commercial Planning team in delivering it to the Customer.
- Identify opportunities within all prioritized channels to execute the key category initiatives and contribute to the development of the Category initiatives within a Channel




- Through internal alignment and partnering with Corporate Commercial Development Team, will provide Channel solutions in order to implement the defined Plans with Customers.
