**Role Overview**
As a key partner within our People team,
we are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** (Recruiter) who will attract and recruit the best talents, developing Employer Branding strategies and specific talent management projects across Italy to support People growth in line with Company strategy and culture.
**Skills**
- Digital, social networks and new technologies oriented
- Must be an expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point and having worked with main Social Media
- Effective planning and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Good team player, energetic, proactive, curious and creative
- Resilience and solution oriented approach
- Languages: Italian and English (C2) mandatory
**Qualifications**
- Master’s Degree preferably in Human related studies
- 3 or more years of experience in similar role in multinational environments
- Experience in Retail business is a plus
