For our Customer Experience Team, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent/Specialist (German Speaker)
**What are you going to do?**
- You will provide a **first-level contact **and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Your goal will be to **identify customer needs** and help customers use specific features
- You will **analyze and report product malfunctions** (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- You will **escalate unresolved queries** to the next level of support, and track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
- You will u**pdate customer data** and produce activity reports
- **Follow up** with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved will be a regular activity
- Your excellent customer service skills will help you to and **exceed customers’ expectations**:
- Your **feedback** regarding procedure modifications or improvements will be appreciated!
- **Preserve and grow your knowledge** of help desk procedures, products and services
- **Utilize internal tools** for proactive issue discovery/escalation/resolution
- **Share feature requests and effective workarounds** with team members
- **Gather customer feedback** and share with our teams
**What are we looking for?**
- **Knowledge of the German language (C1 / advanced level)**:
- **Motivation Matters - **We set challenging goals to achieve; we look for determined people who want to push their limits.
- **Experience and passion for the role - **Knowledge of the main PMS and channel managers in the Italian market, experience in the Travel Tech world
- You are **tech-savvy**,
you use shortcuts in everything you do
- You are familiar with **CRMs** and able to work with data
- **Knowledge of the hotel market is a plus**:
