Welcome to Movinx! We are looking for curious minds to join our team of Movers. As a Program Lead, you will join the Insurance Team to support us in developing and innovating embedded mobility insurance in Italy.
You will unlock information, data, and creativity from two of the oldest industries (automotive and insurance) to improve how drivers interact with mobility protection.

**We need you to**:
- Create, implement, and continuously support motor insurance and other mobility-related insurance solutions for our innovative fully embedded insurance offer in Italy.
- Establish customer-oriented policy administration and claims management processes in close alignment with our car manufacturer (OEM) and insurance partners.
- Drive innovation in our auto insurance offer through close collaboration with our external OEM and insurance partners, as well as with our internal Tech and Product experts.
- Identify and enable data sources to monitor and improve the profitability of our insurance business in Italy.
**Who you are**:
We’re looking for you to challenge us and keep us honest! A Mover is driven, accountable, caring, curious,



and entrepreneurial - and they’re not shy to push the boundaries in their roles.
As a Program Lead, you will have:
- At least 4-5 years of product management experience in motor insurance in Italy, with expertise in fleet insurance preferred
- Knowledge of further mobility and financial services-related products (e.g. Warranty, RTI, PPI, etc.) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on insurance, or similar qualification in Italy.
- Passion for digital products, customer experience, and innovation in motor insurance.
- Curiosity and passion to grow with the expanding scope of our insurance program in Italy.
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
