Sidel is looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) specialized in Automation.
The main focus includes:
Performing installation, start-up, commissioning, and testing of the Sidel Equipment supplied to customer sites; Providing technical assistance during and after the warranty period, conducting training, and offering other after-sales services for Sidel's equipment installed at customer sites; Developing a good understanding of customer needs to provide objective advice and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your Mission

Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plants, based on technical, contractual, and safety specifications; Properly handle, check,



and transfer equipment non-conformities; Prepare Job Progress Charts and technical reports regarding carried-out activities; Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction; Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules, and customer rules; Report after-sales opportunities detected on customer sites; Coach junior colleagues on on-site behavior, technical activities, troubleshooting, and reporting deliverables; Report to the ISM for team site activities.
Your Profile

Education Qualifications And Language Requirements: Technical professional qualification or Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a plus; Fluent in English, written and spoken; Other foreign languages as per regional allocation is a plus.
Professional Qualifications And Experience: 3 years of experience in field activities; Experience in the beverage industry; Consolidated technical background in Automation and Electrical; PLC knowledge is a must (Siemens or B&R; preferred); Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus; Knowledge of the process machinery upstream of SIDEL equipment; Knowledge of microbiological principles, hygienic and environmental conditions, and guidelines.
